Akilah Watts was contacted in January 2019 to discuss the different aspects of the Matilda set. Multiple meetings took place from January up until March when the props were built and delivered to be painted.

Behind the scenes
This production needed every available hand so after we painted all the prop those of us that were available to work, volunteered behind the scenes wherever we were needed. We help with costume changes and prop installation.

The De-install
April 20th, 2019 was a bittersweet day because while it was the greatly anticipated held over the show, it was also the same night when the props were de-installed and broken down.
