During the following week after the meeting, we met up to go over our sketch.
The Elements
We sat down and discussed the best way to approach the final sketch so that it would have the best quality possible. After that discussion, we went about re-sketching most of the objects with-in the sketch and then we scanned all the sketches and sent them to all our individual email addresses so that we could create multiple edits each.
The Many Edits
After the files were sent we all went home to start working our the digital collages using the images shown above and additional images we found on our own.
The Last Email
After looking through all our edits we narrowed it down to 3 options and then we created 3 additional options using those edits by adding them to an envelope with an officiate stamp on top. We then prepared the images to be sent by placing them in a PDF file and getting the email drafted and ready to send. That email was sent on November 4th, 2019 at 11:23 am.
